The action is set in contemporary London. A group of radical activists take over an energy company’s annual gala, taking 300 hostages to expose the hosts’ corruption. Their just cause is hijacked by an extremist in their ranks who is willing to murder everyone in the building to send his anarchist message to the world. The task falls to a former soldier turned window washer, played by Ridley, suspended 50 stories above the ground outside the building to rescue those trapped inside, including his younger brother.
