I just started watching this show
Something stood out from the very beginning. The actors’ voices sound very clear. Hats off to the sound people – it’s a minor miracle. I very often have a hard time hearing what actors are saying in shows and movies.
It’s rare to hear the actors’ voices with such glorious clarity
Maybe it has something to do with the acoustics of a silo? But I don’t think it’s because of the very good work of the sound engineers who record and edit the actors’ voices. It’s almost like hearing the actors’ voices in the theatre, it’s that good. I’ve watched several episodes and I enjoy the acting and the story.
I really enjoyed it
There are good characters, well portrayed and little by little something is revealed about the history and operational details of the silo. I’m not sure where this is all going yet, but it’s definitely intriguing to me. I’ve already finished the first season. There’s a significant element at the end that’s identical to a movie reveal.
To avoid spoilers, I won’t mention the name of the movie, but I’m sure others will know which one I’m referring to once they’ve seen it
This hasn’t diminished my enjoyment of Silo and I’m not sure who came up with the idea first as I don’t know when the book Silo is based on was written.
